At Sheriff Sole & Madej Inc. we are ready and motivated to help you today.  We’ll take the time to carefully review the details of your current financial situation, and recommend solutions that will help you get the debt relief you require.  Our Free Consultation can be on the telephone or in one of our offices across Ontario and the GTA

How can we help? We’ll negotiate on your behalf and the savings could amount to as much as 50% to 75% of your total debt owing. You will stop paying interest immediately and we’ll lower your payment to one easily managed monthly payment.

Most people do very little about their debt problems until it’s too late. At Sheriff, Sole & Madej Inc. we understand how it feels to be in debt because we’ve worked with thousands of people over the years in various states of financial stress.

We want you to know that it doesn’t have to be that way. We value your trust and consider our relationship with you of utmost importance. We’re a different kind of Licensed Insolvency Trustee company for one very good reason: WE CARE!

Consumer Proposal may be the best option and is an alternative to bankruptcy. It is a debt relief option which is a legally binding, negotiated debt settlement which allows you to make an offer to your unsecured creditors to settle the amount owed to them.

When you save 50% to 75% of your debt amount it’ll make your monthly payments a breeze. Your minimum monthly debt payment is lowered, the interest on your debt is frozen and your assets are protected. This lowers the total amount of your debt allowing you to pay it off quicker. As long as you owe less than $250,000 (this amount would exclude the mortgage on your home) you would be able to file a consumer proposal.

Bankruptcy is a legal process that can only be filed through a Licensed Insolvency Trustee. It is another debt relief option that can help individuals deal with their financial problems.  In general, if your debt load is very high, your income is limited and you have no assets or minimal assets, then the bankruptcy option is likely the best course of action to follow.

Credit counselling is an option where you would be able to meet with one of our certified credit counsellors to discuss your fixed living expenses and required monthly bill payments.  We would discuss strategies and techniques to help you better manage your monthly financial plan. This service is offered as part of the bankruptcy or consumer proposal process.
